ITILITE pricing and the real ITILITE cost per trip and per expense user in 2026
ITILITE is one of the few corporate travel platforms that prints its prices on its own pricing page, and the prices are low. That makes the useful question less "what does ITILITE cost" and more "what does ITILITE cost for us in a year", because the bill moves with two things you control: how many trips you take and how many people file expenses.
Day-by-day itinerary · a cost on every line · rebuilds any day on request
The short answer
ITILITE charges $10 per trip for corporate travel, or $7 per trip when the company pays from a pre-funded ITILITE wallet. ITILITE defines a trip as any flights, hotels and rentals booked together in one session, and its FAQ words the fee as per trip per traveler. ITILITE Expense costs $6 per active user a month billed annually or $9 billed monthly, where an active user is someone who submits a report that month. The ITILITE corporate card is free and pays up to 2.5 percent cashback. ITILITE lists no platform, support or after-hours fees and free onboarding, but says some integrations carry a one-time fee. A company booking 500 trips a year pays $5,000 in ITILITE trip fees, or $3,500 from the wallet. TripAgent.ai is a different purchase: it plans and prices a business trip day by day from $49 a month and does not book anything.
Every price, definition and condition below was read off itilite.com/pricing from a US connection in October 2026, including the pricing FAQ. Where ITILITE does not publish something, such as a minimum wallet balance or the fee for a custom integration, this page says so instead of guessing. The yearly totals use the 2026 US average business trip cost of $1,128 where a percentage based competitor needs a trip value.

Why it works
Three things that decide what ITILITE actually costs you
The trip, not the seat, is the meter
Travel is $10 for each trip, whatever the destination and however many flights and hotels sit in it. A company with 40 employees and 300 trips a year pays $3,000 for travel, and nothing for people who do not travel.
The wallet takes 30 percent off
Paying from a pre-funded ITILITE wallet drops the fee to $7 a trip. At 500 trips that is $1,500 a year, in exchange for keeping money parked with ITILITE ahead of the bookings.
Expense counts only people who file
Expense is $6 a month billed annually or $9 billed monthly, per active user. Someone who files nothing that month costs nothing, and a filer can submit unlimited reports.

Honest comparison
A booking platform priced per trip versus a planner priced per month
These answer different questions. ITILITE is where employees book, pay for and expense trips under a policy. TripAgent.ai works out what the trip should contain and what it will cost, while the trip is still a decision rather than a reservation.

How much does ITILITE cost?
ITILITE costs $10 per trip for corporate travel and $6 to $9 per active user a month for expense management. The travel fee falls to $7 per trip when you pay from a pre-funded ITILITE wallet. The corporate card is free. Those are the only figures on itilite.com/pricing in October 2026, and ITILITE says enterprise customers can get custom, volume based rates on top.
ITILITE states there are no platform fees, no support fees and no after-hours fees, and the pricing FAQ adds that human support and itinerary modifications are included. What you still pay are the airline and hotel penalties or fare differences on a change, which no booking tool can waive. Implementation and onboarding are free, and ITILITE says custom builds or high tier integrations may carry a separate setup fee.

What ITILITE counts as one trip
ITILITE defines a trip as any number of flights, hotels and rentals booked together during a single session. A round trip flight with three hotel nights and a car, all reserved at once, is one $10 trip. Adding a rental car to an existing itinerary later is free, according to the ITILITE FAQ.
Two details are worth confirming before you model the bill. First, ITILITE words the fee as "per trip per traveler", which reads as three trip fees when an office manager books the same itinerary for three colleagues. Second, the definition rests on the session, so a traveler who reserves the flight on Monday and the hotel on Wednesday may be creating two trips. Neither is a large sum at $10, but on a group of twelve going to a conference it is the difference between $10 and $120.
ITILITE cost per year at 100 to 1,000 trips
Because the travel fee is flat, the yearly bill is simply trips times $10, or trips times $7 on the wallet. The table adds expense at the annual rate for a typical ratio of one active filer per eight trips a year, which is an assumption you should swap for your own count of people who file in a normal month.
| Trips a year | Travel at $10 | Travel from wallet at $7 | Active expense filers | Expense at $6 a month | Total, wallet plus annual expense |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | $1,000 | $700 | 13 | $936 | $1,636 |
| 250 | $2,500 | $1,750 | 31 | $2,232 | $3,982 |
| 500 | $5,000 | $3,500 | 63 | $4,536 | $8,036 |
| 1,000 | $10,000 | $7,000 | 125 | $9,000 | $16,000 |
Two things stand out. At normal US trip costs the travel fee is under 1 percent of what the company spends on the trip: $10 against an average $1,128 trip is 0.89 percent, and $7 is 0.62 percent. And on a mixed program expense quickly becomes the larger line, because it is charged every month for every filer while travel is charged only when someone goes. Billing expense monthly at $9 instead of annually at $6 raises that line by half.
Is the ITILITE wallet worth it
The wallet saves $3 on every trip, which is 30 percent of the travel fee. At 100 trips a year that is $300, at 500 trips $1,500 and at 1,000 trips $3,000. The price of the discount is cash: the company funds the wallet before the bookings happen instead of paying on a card afterward.
ITILITE does not publish a minimum wallet balance on its pricing page, so ask for it in writing. The comparison to make is the $3 saving against what that parked cash would otherwise earn or the card float you give up. A company that already pays travel on a card earning cashback should also weigh the card reward it loses on bookings paid from the wallet, since the free ITILITE card advertises up to 2.5 percent.
How ITILITE pricing has changed
ITILITE Expense rose in early 2024, from $8 to $9 per active user a month on monthly billing and from $5 to $6 on annual billing, according to the pricing tracker PricingSaaS, which captured the ITILITE page before and after the change. The same tracker records the corporate card cashback moving from 1.5 percent to 2.5 percent in 2026 and the integration fee note being added to the pricing page in 2026.
The $10 travel fee and the $7 wallet rate have held through those changes. That matters when you read older reviews: an article quoting $8 or $5 for expense is out of date, and one quoting 1.5 percent cashback predates the 2026 card change. Capterra still lists the travel plan from $9.99 per trip, which is the same price rounded differently.
Is ITILITE cheaper than Perk, Expensify Travel or Navan?
On published booking fees ITILITE is one of the cheapest paid options for a US company. The table uses one company booking 300 trips a year at the 2026 US average of $1,128 per trip, so a percentage fee can be turned into dollars. Every rate comes from the vendor's own pricing page, and the full set sits on the corporate travel software pricing comparison.
| Platform | Published booking fee | Booking fees for 300 trips a year |
|---|---|---|
| ITILITE, wallet | $7 per trip | $2,100 |
| ITILITE | $10 per trip | $3,000 |
| Expensify Travel | $15 per trip, $25 per agent assisted change | $4,500 before changes |
| Perk Starter | $0 a month plus 5 percent per booking, capped at $30 | $9,000, since the cap binds above $600 |
| Routespring Basic | $0 for 5 bookings a month, then 3 percent | About $8,120 |
| Navan Business | $0 for companies up to 300 employees | $0 published, trip fees not priced on navan.com |
Navan Business and Engine are the only lines that read zero, because supplier commission pays for them, and Navan still charges a per booking trip fee that it does not publish. ITILITE wins on predictability: the fee is printed, flat and identical for a $400 domestic hop and a $4,000 international trip. Read the detail on what Navan costs and Perk pricing and booking fees before you settle on a zero.
Costs that sit outside the ITILITE trip fee
Four costs never show up in the $10. Airline and hotel penalties and fare differences on a change are passed through, as on any platform. Custom builds and high tier integrations may carry a one-time setup fee that ITILITE prices case by case. Expense is billed separately for every active filer every month. And the wallet discount requires cash committed in advance.
The bigger cost for most teams is not on any platform invoice. Someone still decides what the trip should be: which days the client meetings fall on, whether two cities belong in one trip, which neighborhood keeps the commute short, and what the whole trip should cost before it goes for approval. ITILITE prices the booking. TripAgent.ai writes that plan, with a price on every line, from $49 a month, and does not book anything, so teams that book through ITILITE use the plan first and ITILITE second. The business travel planner page shows a finished work itinerary, and the ITILITE alternative page covers where the two overlap and where they do not.
