Acceptance of these terms

By using tripagent.ai or signing up for TripAgent.ai, you agree to these terms of service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What TripAgent.ai is

TripAgent.ai is an AI travel planning and booking assistant. You tell it your destinations, dates, budget and preferences, and it plans a day-by-day itinerary, books flights, hotels and activities, and rebooks on the fly when plans change. It is offered on paid plans.

The service helps you plan and arrange travel. You remain responsible for reviewing your itinerary and bookings, for the accuracy of the traveler details you provide, and for ensuring you hold the documents required for travel, such as valid passports and visas. You can review and confirm key details before a booking is made.

Bookings and third-party travel suppliers

When TripAgent.ai arranges flights, hotels, activities or other travel, those bookings are made with third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, activity providers and the systems that connect them. Each booking is subject to the terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation policies and availability of the supplier providing it. Prices and availability can change at any time and are confirmed only when a booking is completed. We do not guarantee any specific price, fare or availability, and the supplier, not TripAgent.ai, is responsible for delivering the travel service you book.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the service in line with all laws that apply to you and with the terms of the travel suppliers you book through. You agree to provide accurate traveler and contact information and to meet entry, health and documentation requirements for your trip. You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary and bookings before relying on them.

Acceptable use

TripAgent.ai is intended for legitimate use by travelers planning and booking their own trips. You agree to use the service responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws and supplier policies.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Provide false or unauthorized traveler, payment or contact details.
• Make bookings you do not intend to honor, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its limits.
• Resell or redistribute the service except under a written agreement with us.

You are responsible for the details you submit and how you use the service.

Your data

You keep your rights to the trip details and information you provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to plan your trip, arrange your bookings with third-party suppliers and provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep any credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access has been used without your permission.

Plans, billing and payments

TripAgent.ai is offered on paid plans. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the term you choose, until cancelled. Payments for our service are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. The cost of flights, hotels, activities and other travel you book is charged according to the relevant supplier's terms, and supplier charges, taxes and fees are separate from your TripAgent.ai plan. Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, and refunds for travel bookings are governed by the supplier's cancellation policy. We may change our plans and prices, and we will give notice of changes that affect an active subscription.

Service availability

We work to keep TripAgent.ai available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or temporarily suspend features to maintain and improve the service.

Intellectual property

TripAgent.ai, including its software, models, interface, content and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted. The names of other companies, suppliers and products referenced on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service is error-free or that any specific price, fare, availability or travel outcome will be available. Travel is provided by third-party suppliers and is subject to their terms and to factors outside our control, such as schedule changes, cancellations and conditions at your destination.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripAgent.ai and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, nor for the acts, omissions or performance of third-party travel suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and cancel your plan. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
