TravelBank pricing and what TravelBank Premium, Elite and All-In-One cost in 2026
TravelBank is one of the few corporate travel platforms that puts a dollar figure on its own website, which makes it strange how hard the figure is to find. Go to travelbank.com/pricing and you land on a demo request form. The expense pricing link is also a demo form. The numbers live on a third page, the travel pricing package, and they are not per user, not per booking and not obviously per year.
Day-by-day itinerary · a cost on every line · rebuilds any day on request
The short answer
TravelBank publishes two prices, both for its travel product. Travel Premium is $5,000 and Travel Elite is $10,000, with a Corporate tier for companies of 100 or more users priced on request. TravelBank Expense and the All-In-One travel and expense bundle carry no public price: the expense pricing page is a demo form, and All-In-One is "custom pricing based on user count and additional services desired." TravelBank does not print a billing period next to the $5,000 and $10,000 figures, so ask whether they are annual before you compare them with anything. The 1 percent rebate on Premium and the 2 percent rebate on Elite only apply once your company books at least $250,000 of travel a year inside the TravelBank app. At $500,000 of annual travel either tier pays for itself through the rebate, and Elite only beats Premium on net cost above that line. TravelBank is a U.S. Bank company. TripAgent.ai is a different purchase: it plans and prices a business trip day by day from $49 a month and does not book anything.
Every price, tier and condition on this page was read off travelbank.com from a US connection in October 2026, including the archived versions of the old pricing page. Where TravelBank does not publish something, such as the billing period or what Expense costs, this page says so instead of repeating the per user figures that review sites still circulate from 2022. One note on names: this is TravelBank the business travel and expense platform owned by U.S. Bank, not the TravelBank cash balance in a United Airlines account or JetBlue's Travel Bank credit.

Why it works
Three things that decide what TravelBank actually costs you
A package price, not a seat price
TravelBank Travel is sold as a $5,000 Premium package or a $10,000 Elite package rather than per user or per booking. Spread across 50 travelers, Premium is $100 a traveler, assuming the figure is annual. Across 10 travelers it is $500.
The rebate has a $250,000 floor
Premium returns 1 percent of travel spend and Elite 2 percent, but only for companies booking at least $250,000 of travel a year in the TravelBank app. Below that line the package price is the whole price.
Expense is never priced in public
TravelBank Expense and the All-In-One bundle are quoted after a demo. The $8 per user Expense rate on review sites was taken off a TravelBank pricing page that was replaced by late 2023.
What it handles
Tell it your trip, get a costed day-by-day itinerary
Share your destination, dates and budget and TripAgent.ai writes a day-by-day itinerary with real places, times and a cost estimate on activities, food and local transport. Name the city you fly from and the plan adds the return flight, a stay for every stop and the hops between cities, and you ask for any day to be rewritten until the plan fits.

Honest comparison
A booking platform priced per package versus a planner priced per month
These answer different questions. TravelBank is where employees book and expense trips under a policy. TripAgent.ai decides what the trip should contain and what it will cost, while the trip is still a decision rather than a reservation.

How much does TravelBank cost?
TravelBank Travel costs $5,000 on the Premium plan and $10,000 on the Elite plan, which TravelBank labels Most Popular. Companies with 100 or more users move to Corporate, which TravelBank describes as custom pricing with a custom rebate offer. Those three tiers are the only TravelBank prices on the public site in October 2026, and they cover the travel product alone.
The figure is a package, which is the unusual part. Navan, Perk and Engine price business travel at zero or per booking. Concur prices per report or per transaction. Emburse prices per submitting user. TravelBank charges a fixed amount for the company and adds the rebate on top, so what you pay per traveler depends entirely on how many people travel and how much they spend.
TravelBank does not print a period next to either number. The page shows "$5,000" and "$10,000" with no "per year" and no "per month", and the footnote only says to meet a TravelBank representative to discuss qualifications. Treat the figures as annual until the sales rep confirms otherwise in writing, because every comparison on this page changes by a factor of twelve if they are not.
| TravelBank plan | Published price | Travel rebate | Who TravelBank says it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Travel Premium | $5,000 | 1 percent, above $250,000 of travel a year | Organizations that need oversight with policies, approvals and delegates |
| Travel Elite | $10,000 (Most Popular) | 2 percent, above $250,000 of travel a year | Larger organizations that need deeper insights and support |
| Travel Corporate | Custom | 2 percent, above $250,000 of travel a year | 100 or more users, travelers always on the road |
| Expense | Not published, demo form only | Not applicable | Expense reporting and card reconciliation |
| All-In-One | Custom, based on user count and services | 1 to 2 percent, above $250,000 of travel a year | Travel and expense on one contract |
TravelBank Premium vs Elite and what each tier includes
TravelBank Premium includes live implementation webinars, Core Insights reporting, travel approvals, unlimited travel policies, custom fields, delegate users and rewards incentives for travelers who book under budget. TravelBank Elite includes all of that plus Premium Insights with custom reporting, specialist guided implementation, HRIS, ERP and SSO integrations, custom rates you set for air, hotel and car, and a dedicated customer success manager.
The line that decides most upgrades is the integrations one. HRIS, ERP and SSO connections sit on Elite, so a company that wants travelers provisioned from its HR system or trips posted to NetSuite is pricing Elite whether it needs the 2 percent rebate or not. TravelBank lists QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise and NetSuite as direct ERP integrations, with scheduled file transfers for other ledgers.
Both tiers share the booking side: flights, hotels and car rentals with dynamic trip budgets based on live rates, more than one million hotels, corporate negotiated rates, self service changes and cancellations, unused airline ticket management, a live traveler tracker for duty of care, and 24/7 travel agent support by phone, chat and email.
How the TravelBank rebate works and when it pays for the plan
TravelBank pays a 1 percent rebate on Premium and a 2 percent rebate on Elite and Corporate, and the footnote attached to both is the important part: a minimum of $250,000 of travel spend within the TravelBank app is required to qualify. A company booking $200,000 of travel a year gets no rebate at all and pays the full package price.
Above the floor the arithmetic is simple, assuming the package prices are annual. Premium nets to zero at $500,000 of travel, because 1 percent of $500,000 is $5,000. Elite also nets to zero at $500,000, because 2 percent of $500,000 is $10,000. Between $250,000 and $500,000 Premium is cheaper after the rebate. Above $500,000 Elite returns more than Premium, by an extra 1 percent of everything over that line.
| Annual travel booked in TravelBank | Premium net cost | Elite net cost | Cheaper after rebate |
|---|---|---|---|
| $150,000 (below the floor) | $5,000 | $10,000 | Premium by $5,000 |
| $250,000 | $2,500 | $5,000 | Premium by $2,500 |
| $500,000 | $0 | $0 | Equal |
| $1,000,000 | Rebate exceeds fee by $5,000 | Rebate exceeds fee by $10,000 | Elite by $5,000 |
U.S. Bank commercial card holders get a separate annual rebate on top, which TravelBank lists as an additional capability without publishing the rate. If your company already runs its corporate card through U.S. Bank, ask for both rebates in the same quote, because together they can change which tier is cheaper.
What TravelBank costs per traveler
Because TravelBank charges per package, the per traveler cost falls as the program grows. The table assumes the published figures are annual and that no rebate applies, which is the honest starting point for any company under $250,000 of travel. Compare the monthly column with per user tools: Emburse Spend is $8 to $12 per user a month and Navan Expense is $15 per user a month after the first five users.
| Travelers on the plan | Premium per traveler a year | Premium per traveler a month | Elite per traveler a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $500 | $41.67 | $83.33 |
| 25 | $200 | $16.67 | $33.33 |
| 50 | $100 | $8.33 | $16.67 |
| 100 | $50 | $4.17 | Corporate tier, quoted |
Read the first row twice. A ten person team paying $5,000 for Premium is spending more per traveler than on almost any per seat platform, and it is well under the rebate floor. TravelBank is priced for programs with steady volume. Smaller teams usually get further with a free booking tool and a separate planning step, which is the comparison laid out on the best corporate travel management software page.
Where the $8 and $15 per user TravelBank prices came from
In July 2022 TravelBank published per user prices: Travel at $15 per user per month and Expenses at $8 per user per month, both on annual subscriptions, with All-In-One quoted. By November 2023 that page carried no dollar figures at all, only "Get Pricing" buttons, and in 2026 the old pricing address redirects to a demo request form.
Review and comparison sites still print the 2022 numbers, sometimes as $12 and $15 and sometimes as a $10 per active user floor, which is why searching for TravelBank pricing returns four different answers. None of those per user rates appears anywhere on travelbank.com today. The current published model is the package, and it is the only one we quote here.
Is TravelBank cheaper than Navan, Perk or Concur?
For a small or mid-size US team booking under $250,000 a year, TravelBank is usually the more expensive option on software price alone. Navan Business costs $0 for booking at companies of 300 or fewer employees. Perk Starter costs $0 a month plus 5 percent per booking, and Perk Premium $99 a month plus 3 percent. SAP Concur starts near $7 per expense report, with Concur Travel quoted separately.
TravelBank closes that gap in two situations. The first is volume: above $500,000 of annual travel the rebate covers the package and keeps paying. The second is a U.S. Bank card relationship, where the extra card rebate and the shared ownership make TravelBank the path of least resistance. For a straight look at the larger enterprise option, see Concur Travel pricing, and for the per booking model, Perk pricing and booking fees.
What TravelBank prices, and the cost it leaves to you
Every TravelBank tier prices the booking and the policy around it. None of them decides what the trip should be. Somebody still works out which days the client meetings fall on, which neighborhood the hotel should be in, whether the second city is worth a flight or a train, and what the whole trip should cost before the request goes for approval.
TripAgent.ai does that part. Describe the trip in a sentence and it writes a day by day itinerary with a price on every line, so the budget exists before the booking tool opens. Plans start at $49 a month, with a one time demo on this page, and TripAgent.ai does not book anything. Teams that already book through TravelBank use the plan to decide the trip and TravelBank to buy it, and the business travel planner page shows what a finished work itinerary looks like.
